Terms & Conditions for 12-Week Coaching Program

  1. Commitment
    By enrolling in the 12-week health and wellness coaching program, you are committing to the entire duration of the program. The coaching plan is designed for consistent progress over the full 12 weeks, and partial participation is not permitted.

  2. Payment Structure

    • A $1,000 deposit is required upfront to secure your spot in the program.
    • The total cost of the program is $3,000.
    • Following the deposit, you will make two additional payments of $1,000 each, due on a monthly basis (i.e., one payment at the start of the second month and one at the start of the third month).
    • All payments must be completed in full to continue receiving coaching services.
  1. No Refund Policy
    Due to the nature of personalized coaching services and the commitment required, there are no refunds for any payments made. This applies to both the deposit and subsequent payments.

  2. Session Attendance
    To get the most out of your coaching program, regular attendance at scheduled coaching sessions is essential. Missed sessions without prior notice may not be rescheduled, and no refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions.

  3. Rescheduling Policy
    If you need to reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions can be rescheduled based on the coach’s availability. Repeated rescheduling may result in termination of services without refund.

  4. Program Materials
    All materials, resources, and content provided during the program are for your personal use. These materials may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without explicit permission from the coach.

  5. Client Responsibility
    Your success in the program depends largely on your commitment and effort. You are responsible for completing all tasks, assignments, and recommendations provided by your coach. Failure to do so may affect your progress.

  6. Health Disclaimer
    This coaching program is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Always consult with a healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, exercise routine, or overall health regimen.

  7. Confidentiality
    All information shared during coaching sessions is kept confidential. Your privacy is of the utmost importance, and your personal health information will not be disclosed to any third parties without your consent.

  8. Termination of Services
    The coach reserves the right to terminate services if the terms of the agreement are not upheld, including failure to make payments, attend sessions, or comply with program guidelines. No refunds will be issued in the event of termination.
